Our Sessions

Christmas 2024: 16th December, 10-12pm 

 Our Parent stay and play sessions are for parents and carers to bring their Under 5s for a play in our forest school site! 

The children will have the opportunity to make some reindeer food, gingerbread decorating, play in our festive Mud kitchen, make a  jingle stick, have a go at fire lighting, play on the  ropes and Swings, and enjoy a campfire snack and hot chocolate together while we sing some Christmas songs around the fire! 

Christmas 2025: 23rd December, 30th December, 31st December, 3rd December, 6th December. 

This is our Bushcraft holiday activty club, it will have more structure than our usual forest school sessions and will focus on teaching the children bushcraft skills such as the art of whittling and fire lighting!  

There will lbe lots of opportunities for playing on the ropes, hammocks, swings, a festive mud kitchen and more!

Breakfast and lunch is included and cooked on the fire!

These holiday sessions are for children age 5-13 years old. 

Dates for Christmas 2024: 

2nd January 9-5pm 

This is our Bushcraft holiday activty club, it will have more structure than our usual forest school sessions and will focus on teaching the children bushcraft skills such as the art of whittling and fire lighting!  

Each session will have a focus on skills such as knots and ropes, whittleing and wood work, fire lighting and cooking or teaching the children how to use nature in Art. If you would like to now what the Bushcraft focus for a particular session will be please just send us a message!

At certain times of the year we will also be able to focus the session on teaching them about wthe wildlife found in the waters at Hinchingbrooke and take the children pond dipping.

1st December 1-4pm

 We are SO excited to say that we have a Christmas Adults session coming up very soon! It will be the perfect opportunity to spend some time with friends or family before the busy month leading up to Christmas!

We would love to welcome you all around the campfire, for some delicious food, to relax in hammocks, explore the ropes, take part in a guided mindfulness experience, make some crafts and tuck into a smore, or even have a go at whitteling..... all without the children!

The session includes some yummy campfire food and hot chocolate (we may even add a drop of baileys!)
Strictly Over 16s only. Bring your Mum or Dad, grandparents, sister or brother, friends or anyone else you would like to share an afternoon in the woods with! It would be a great early Christmas present to yourself! We promise you will feel relaxed and a little lighter when you leave! (mentally that is!).
